I can now originate new keys to original Ferrari spec by just measuring a photo! Send me a picture of your key blade and I'll ship you a cut spare key, with a 100% guarantee that it will work. You no longer need to screw around with finding a locksmith, hardware store or sending off a key to be cut after purchasing a spare key! I measure, calculate the original key code, and cut the key on an expensive code cutting machine. I also plan to manufacture the little key tags (that most cars are missing) to give you that original documentation to keep with the car. Right now, I have several options available: $30 - JMA plastic headed blank $195 - Reprokey (can easily pass for original) $350 - all-in-one, which include a working 355/360/456/550/575 key fob in 430 style key! I'll ship any key purchase out same or next day. Thanks for looking!
All these keys would work in a 430 door and ignition, but a real 430 key has electronics in the key head so unless I'm missing something I don't know why anyone would want a spare without the electronics. I could certainly look at your 430 key and give you your key code.
Thank you. I was just double-checking that you are not able to do this part. I have a spare key without the electronics that came with the car, didn't want to have to spring for $1k to get the dealer to supply a fully operational one. As for why would someone want one, it does still open the door and allow the car to start, it just doesn't do the push button stuff, so it's better than nothing! I have my wife carry it in case mine were to get lost, damaged, etc. Thank you. Nice product and process!
So the car will still start without the original key. When you say push button stuff, do you mean lock and unlock the door? I suppose if this is the case the $30 key would be a nice backup for anyone with a 430, plus then getting the knowledge of the key code.
It’s amazing they can do this now. Although, makes you question the long term security if someone is able to make a spare key from a picture and knows the address where you park your car.
It's not easy to figure out and you need some specialized locksmith tools and paid subscriptions. The cars still have an immobilizer so a key alone will not steal a car.
Next for you is to update your website because I couldn’t find the all-in-one key. I have a 360 with all three fobs and PIN. Would I be able to get an all-in-one 430 style key? Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat
Yeah I haven’t done that yet. I could clone one of the 3 since you can only have 3 fobs loaded. Just send me a fob and a picture of your key.
If you have it, it’s in an envelope with the books. Looks like this. https://www.ferrarifobs.com/fob-sets
When I got my car, it only had one key and one fob. This was back in the day before I knew about Gobble. Part of my purchase deal was to get a discount on a new set of fobs, so I got a new set and the PIN sheet (on an old school carbon copy 3x5 printer sheet with perforations!) came with the new set. The PIN number was barely readable because I only got a carbon copy and the factory keeps the original. Thankfully, I read it correctly and it worked. I later found a new uncut 360 key on eBay. But the idiot key shop cut one side fine, but the other side backwards! It works only in one direction as a result. Hence, my desire for an all-in-one. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat
Nice, well I have all 3 fobs but will have to ship my red one to Gobble to read. Can't understand why someone/dealer/owner wouldn't write it down in the owners manual/docs/anywhere??? Cheers!
This is so cool. Could I send you a spare uncut factory key for my CS and have you cut and program it?
Sure, if you just want me to cut the key I wouldn't charge you anything for it. Do you also need something done with a fob? I'm not sure what you mean by "programming".
I want to share my experience with "gobble" Mark. I had two keys one worked perfectly and one only operated the ignition but would not fully seat and operate either door. As the title states send me a picture and Mark will identify your key code..well that is 100% correct. Mark not only identified my key code but he cut and installed a high quality key blade...I tested the new key out and it works perfectly. Gobbles service to this forum is priceless...he has great communication, and excellent service.! If you have a key challenge do NOT hesitate to reach out to him. Happy Holiday's.
Same - sent him my immobilizer and my one black FOB and now have a new red FOB, an all-in-one key and my pin code. Top notch service, workmanship and communication!
Mark helped me with some extra fobs earlier this year, I couldn't be happier with the service, communication and price.
Mark: I would like to take you up on your offer of a $30 backup key. I went to your web site but I couldn't tell how to proceed. Should I PM you here? Or is there some other better way to get in touch. (All my fobs work, I have both original keys, I have the fob PIN, and I also have the metal tag key code number -- what do you need? I assume only a photo of the key and perhaps the metal tag key code number?)
You can just shoot me a PM here or email [email protected] I would just need the number on the key tag or a good picture of the key.
I’m a customer of Mark’s as well. I bought the integrated key / remote from him last year for my 360. Upon seeing his extended range antenna and seeing a few others were having some key issues, I reached out to him to see if he’d be willing to help out. Mark replied immediately saying he’d upgrade his prior work at no charge; frankly I was blown away by this level of customer service and responsiveness. I just received my upgraded key / remote and the range is exceptional, and the key movement is precise. I recommend Mark strongly. The world would be a much better place if companies and people focused on relationships and providing exceptional experiences as highest priority. Cheers, Mark, and THANK YOU!
