Need advice about startup

Hey guys,

I realize this is a car enthusiast board and I apologize that this will be off-topic. But I know that some of you on here have experience with either working at a startup or founded one. So I need some quick advice on the topic of negotiating equity stakes. I've done researches online but would like to hear it from a live person as well.
