I'm searching for my first Ferrari. I've been watching a 2000 TDF Blue / Tan interior with 12K, manual transmisson and stock except red calipers and shields. It has been relisted 4 times with an starting price of 100 and there has never been an offer. He wants 105 which I know is too much. What is the car worth and what would be a reasonable offer. Also, what is the best way to get a PPI for an out of state ebay car. Also, if anyone knows of a mint condition 99 to 01 360 manual in blue or titanium or possibly red that is a good deal, please let me know. Thank you for any help and advice.

That car is worth the $100k mark, a car with this setup won't come around as often.

Based upon what you've stated, that car is in the money. Unless there are cosmetic, mechanical issues, or missing service records, that car is priced right already. What are you trying to pay? For a good car, that is a very fair price.

I just viewed the car. The only things I would add would be a challenge grill and tubi. The car is priced right, and appears to have all records and done by a reputable shop. If you like the car, you should buy it, or at least start the process.

If this is the car in Colorado, I went and looked at it about 10 days ago. Owner is not a Ferrari guy. Bought it in Florida, he is the second owner. NO RECORDS, only ONE black key fob and one key. Exterior is ok, interior has some worn leather on the drivers seat. The piping is contrasting in color and is very worn. I passed on it especially due to no history, no service and one black key fob.
