To be honest, LW Automotive is not a fly by night shady dealership. They sell a lot of exotic and high end cars. They offered to take the car back to address the issues. Why did you not take them up on that offer regardless of their inability to give a turn around time? Clearly the car was shipped on an open carrier and went through some rough weather spots and water got in the car. They are not a stupid dealership trying to scam people with junk. They have been around for a while and I know people who have bought from them and had no problems. The dealer owner for sure won’t call you but I can assure you, he made it clear to the mechanic that called you to remedy the car and gave the green light to fix it… I am trying to understand why you didn’t take them up on that offer? They can’t guarantee a time frame because if the car needs parts, who knows the time frame for the part or availability of the part given your cars age.

    I agree.
This dealership did such a terrific job at upholding their end of the prior agreement. Seems crazy not to throw the keys under the seat and ship it back to them.

My post was made with 100% sarcasm.
Sales manager should be kicked square in the nuts, and forced to wear a T-shirt That reads
    “ Saving myself for prison,”.

Some of you need to get a grip. You can lawyer up all you want but they have lawyers on standby like any other reputable dealer and tons of As-is paperwork signed I am sure. They offered to ship the car back to address the issues. Clearly the OP still wants the car and the dealer is willing to assist in trying to make the customer happy. I am struggling to understand a response of “ LMAO “. To me they are attempting to rectify the issues.

It doesn’t seem like it which is what puzzles me. LW’s probably lead tech or shop Foreman reached out to him but the OP doesn’t really elaborate much on why exactly he did not go that route.

You came in here on your prancing horse to defend LW Automotive from across the country in a year old thread.

    I'm with anunakki, LMAO.

I am not the one who revived this thread and did not even take a look at the original posters post date. I recognized the name and shared my thoughts.

I believe this was the original ad, looks like they throw an F in the url on the sold cars so it no longer shows up in the original link. Strange that the OP of the link was a drive-by poster. Makes me think he might have a connection and/or was wronged by the dealer also....of course that's just speculation.
