    This website- http://www.replicas.co.kr/FrontStore/iStartPage.phtml has stolen my pictures with the 4 Enzos together and they are using them for banners on their website. I sent an email asking they take them down within 24 hours. If they don't take them down what should I do?

    I had the same problem with wreckedexotics.com[/url]. They even put a "copyright" on a photo that I took!!! What is the deal with websites doing stuff like that? And how can you copyright something that isn't even yours?

    To me it isn't a very big deal, but it still doesn't sit right with me.

    If your pic didn't have the copywrite symbol on it with your name, I think it's fair game. Certainly not ethical what they did, but if it lacked your name and symbol, I think it can be considered a public image...

    Do some searches on the board and you will find a lot of good info on copywrite law.

    Yes! In another thread about a crashed car (Murci or Enzo) I pointed out the exact same thing, somebody else on Fchat had taken the pictures but wreckedexotics.com had their "Copyright" on it and it pissed me off.

    for other people who got confused like me, the banner is random and here is the one that they stole from jason
