New to the forum and in the market for my first Ferrari. Located in Indy and would appreciate any "word of mouth" recommendations for dealers in the midwest that the group has had good experiences with. Thank you in advance (hope this is the correct place to post this :))

I can't help you but I'm sure others will chime in. But just for my curiosity, where in Indy and what particular model are you looking for? Welcome to Fchat :D There are a lot of events going on in Indy these days and you're welcome to join any time. One coming up on July 28th, maybe you could stop by and talk to some of the owners in person?

There are advantages of dealers and advantages w/ private sellers. First rule of thumb is to perform a PPI (prepurchase inspection) regardless of whom you buy.
Use the search key and plan on an exhaustive hunt. The more you hunt the more you learn, the more you learn the more pleasurable the purchase will be.
In your neck of the woods, Ooley & Blackburn have received praise. Chicago offers a few dealers like Lake Forest and to the south in Missouri International Motorcars have proven to be trustworthy.

    Good luck

The Star did a story a few weeks back about a new shop. Do a search on the Star's website for "Premier Motorcars of Europe" and you should find it. This place was going to specialize in entry level exotics.

Then there is Ooley and Blackburn, as someone already mentioned.
