I am from the Socal board but I thought someone in Texas might want to join me.
My Co-piloto just backed out of the the Chihuahua Express race on April 19-21. It is using my Carrera car and it will be 3 days (500 miles) of La Carrera style road racing. We will spend all nights at the Westin Hotel in Chihuahua, MX. This is where sections of HWY are closed down and then the cars are started 30secs. apart and it is full on road racing. The Co-piloto has a navigators book and calls out each turn and its rating. This is the first time this race is being held and should be a lot of fun.
I am looking for someone to share in half the costs. The race with room is around $1100 with one room for three nights (we would need two extra nights), Cost of transporting the vehicle back and fourth from the race is $1400, and then just the cost of gas, tolls, and food. We would split the above costs and I will cover wear and tear and any repairs needed to the car. You can checkout the car at MHRacing.com.mx and click on LT Special
