    Anyone know of a good construction company in Palm Beach County area that has experience in building dental offices? Any help would be appreciated!

    Call Chris Harris or Mike Anderson at Anderson Moore Construction corp. 561-753-7400.
    I used to work with them. Chris specializes in interior and medical buildouts and is one of the partners along with Mike and Jeff Moore. Tell him Bill Tracy recommended you. They are pretty aggressive on pricing and are very knowledgable.

    Sure. Construction is pretty competitive these days, so you will likely get a great deal. I was their architect for 7 years or so from 1994 -2001.

    My neighbor owns a construction company and I knew that he built a couple of veterinary clinics in the area. Not the same as dental, but has to meet a lot of regulations. He can do remodels and ground up projects. Right now he is working on renovating a building on Dixie Highway in West Palm. He is not a giant company like Anderson Moore (I also recommend them) and mainly does additions in high end residential areas, but he is used to dealing with all the headaches that come with getting variances, meeting codes, etc. Send me a PM with what town you are in and your contact info and if you want me to have him call you.


    And if you need an architect to design it call BT!

    I was responsible for the architectural designing and overlooking the construction of a two-story dental office building in downtown Boca Raton. I would be happy to advise you or give you a quote for the architectural work, if needed. As mentioned previously, fees these days are very competitive and I am no exception. Let me know if there is anyway I can assist you. Also keep my friend BT (Bill) in mind, as I am sure he can do as good a job as anyone.
