Need English/French speaking help in France

Hi. I'm looking at two different 308 gt4s at dealers in France.
They both speak English well enough and our emails have been informative but , unfortunately, I am a committed monolinguist and could use some help with the following:
1. Asking about or reviewing service records and other documentation (in french)
2. possibly talking to the Ferrari dealers who have been servicing the cars
3. If anyone knows the French delivery specific specifications or can direct me where to look. I believe by 79 and 80 different European markets had different CRs, smog equipment, etc.(I've been following some threads on the US Chat and a Swiss delivery 308 qv of just a couple years later had several swiss specific specifications for noise and pollution.)
