This is my favorite game; the graphics, sounds, and gameplay are amazing. Just wondering... how accurate are the car details? I'm talking about the speeds, acceleration, handling, horn and engine noises, etc... the exteriors look realistic so I'm wondering how the other things compare... anybody have anything for me?
a pretty nice game to play, pitty about the damage.. however i think porsche unleashed or 2000 had a greater sense of realisim for the speeds, acceleration etc
you gotta remember its an arcade game, not a simulation. Just enjoy the sights and sounds, dont worry about performance.
I wish they made a ferrari unleashed where you worked your way from vintage to modern like in porsche unleashed. One of my fav games of all time. Erik
Porsche Unleashed is the most realistic game in the NFS series. All the rest are 100% arcade while Porsche is fairly realistic.
Its a fun game to play, although the driving dynamics of the car lack realism. (All the cars handle in the exact same way to me.) I think the best fun factor is evading the cops, or playing in cop mode.
