I have a 1986 3.2 Cabrio. I smelled gas and found that the frequency valve is leaking from where the plastic housing joins to the metal housing.
Anyone know from where I can obtain a new or used one?
I have sone a search and found noone that has suffered this problem previously...or ever changed this part for any reason whatsoever??

    TIA Tony

Try www.eurospares.co.uk one tip CALL THEM to check if they really have it (or email) before hitting the buy button.

    Part 26 on the pic
    Part number 121513

not sure if the 86 one carries this one. another option might be from older Mercedesses as they also have the Bosch K-Jetronic (look on the valve for a number and you will be surprised what you might find on internet :))

Ps. Ferrari dealer could also still have it. They can look into their worldwide stock management system and get it from anywhere on this planet.

thanks but... it's thre right valve but needs too much mods(plumbing) to work..unless I cant find the correct one.

Also...I forgot to mention...I wa getting very hot just before it failed...to hot to touch...does that mean the relay was sticking...or that the coil winding internal was shorting?
