For $15? Hmm, well you could get a bunch of 1:64 Ferraris, or for a few more bucks you could get a 1:24 HW Ferrari. Maybe a keychain?

Can't seem to find anything decent for $15. Does your friend have a favorite model?

Go buy a Ferrari book, check Barnes and Noble, they probably are going to be a little more than 15 though, try something like Half Price books if you have that there (I think it's a Texas thing)

They make few cool lapel pins. There is just the prancing horse, the Ferrari emblem (rectangular)or the Scuderia Ferrari shield. They are very cool. I have all 3 of them on different jackets but I don't remember if they come in cool boxes. Most places that carry models and memorabilia carry them. It makes a great present and it lets your friend to show his preferences silently to everyone. Did I mention they last forever?

Yep, your only hope is 1:18 at Tuesday Morning (or Ross or Marshalls....)

Or the Tie Tack, lapel pin is a good idea but even that may bust your price range.

Half Price Books here in Texas DOES get the nice Ferrari picture books sometimes IIRC they go for $19.00.
I found the one "Monaco" at Tuesday Morning for cheap!
