Need Help.. 360 Stereo Wires (Door Speaker upgrade)

I just tore my 03 Spider apart today to install some new amplifiers, door speakers, subwoofers etc.. Came across a HUGE PROBLEM.. The loom that delivers the wires to the doors is a plug and not a straight thru loom.. Has anyone found a way to run new speaker wires into the doors?? Or are most of you re-using the OEM wires in the doors with your aftermarket speakers.. I am considering using the OEM wires but can not make heads or tails of the wiring when tracing it back.. My car has the amplifer and OEM subwoofer system.. So I pulled the plug that goes into the AMP under the dash to see if I could recognize and of the same colors of wires that are in the doors.. and discovered both doors use the same color wires on the speakers.. Is there a manual that anyone has that has a diagram of which wires do what.. also curious to know if Ferrari runs seperate wires into the doors for the Driver and tweeter or if there is only 1 pair of wiers into the doors with a crossover in the door somewhere.. do you know if the OEM system even has a passive crossover for the door speakers somewhere?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.. I have seen many 360's with aftermarket amps and speakers so someone has figured out a easy way to do it.. please share your experiences.. and pictures.. thanks a bunch
