Need help from a FL Attorney--Please

I filed a suit in Orange County, FL over $5000 under $15000. he was served with 20 days to answer, he did not answer and yeasterday was due date. I went to file for a default and judgement and the clerk told me I had the wrong forms (what I had was only for under $5000) I spent time in their resource center and think I found the right forms (1.980 and 1.988b). the court house does not have copies of these forms I was told to go to a library to copy them out of a law book. the library I went to didnt have one. Please tel me if I have the right forms for default and judgment w/ intrest and costs. and i you would be so kind to fax, email or tell me where I can find these online and print off you would make my day.
