Hey there everyone, I have a 1997 Ferrari 355 Spider (Not F1) that I need to get running once again. The car had been in an accident many years ago, and we have been putting it back together slowly. Just this past week the motor was put in its cage and put back into the car. We have run all the lines (ac,brake, etc), and want to get it ready to fire back up. The motor has been sitting out of the car for over 5 years now (way too long), I want to know what fluids I need to change and what you recommend to put in. I do not have the owners manual for the car.

First off I am going to need a new battery for the car, any suggestion on what kind I should get? I was going to get a factory battery from the dealership, but the parts guy told me that an interstate battery is better than the factory, is this true?

    Oil...........................What kind should I get and how much? 10 - 12 liters?
    - ................................mobil1 0W50, Shell 10W40 are some of the ones I have heard about
Oil filter....................I'm guessing I am just going to get this from the dealership
    Gearbox oil................What kind? Probably needs changing (4 - 8 liters?) (75W90?)
Clutch fluid................Is this the same as above?
Brake Fluid................What kind? (2 Liters?) (Shell Donax UB1?)
Power steering fluid....What kind? (1 Liter?) (Donax TA?)
    Antifreeze.................What kind? (6 - 8 Liters?)

Are there any other that I should/need to change?
Where do I get these fluids/oils from? Are they only available from the dealership?

I live in Vancouver BC, Canada.

Thank you all for looking, hope to get some valuable feedback. Thanks again.
