First time post, so I am sorry if this isn't posted correctly. I recently purchased a 1985 Monidal QV Cabriolet. I am in the process of replacing parts (timing belts, hoses, bushings, etc...) 1. I have a hose missing on the bottom of the evap can (carbon trap) 2. I have a hose that has one end going to the top of the Liquid Vapor Separator, but is detached from a missing roll-over valve and two-way control valve that should return to the bottom of the Evap Can. #1 above. 3. I also have a hose missing that should be on the bottom of the Metering Damper. (I think the previous owner attached it to #2 above (top of the Liquid Vapor Separator) My questions are: 1. What is suppose to go on the bottom of the Metering Damper 2. Are the Roll-Over Valve and Two Way Control Valve hidden somewhere - they appear to be missing? I would like to get the Evaporative System working again and the Metering Damper sorted out. Shop manual doesn't show much about the Metering Damper. I have attached a diagram of the EVAP system and my metering valve for reference. Hope this makes sense. Thanks Image Unavailable, Please Login View attachment 7996382
Circling back on this. I have fuel coming out of the metering damper from that bottom vent, under pretty good pressure.. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
