First time post, so I am sorry if this isn't posted correctly.
I recently purchased a 1985 Monidal QV Cabriolet. I am in the process of replacing parts (timing belts, hoses, bushings, etc...)
    1. I have a hose missing on the bottom of the evap can (carbon trap)
    2. I have a hose that has one end going to the top of the Liquid Vapor Separator, but is detached from a missing roll-over valve and two-way control valve that should return to the bottom of the Evap Can. #1 above.
    3. I also have a hose missing that should be on the bottom of the Metering Damper. (I think the previous owner attached it to #2 above (top of the Liquid Vapor Separator)

    My questions are:
    1. What is suppose to go on the bottom of the Metering Damper
    2. Are the Roll-Over Valve and Two Way Control Valve hidden somewhere - they appear to be missing?

I would like to get the Evaporative System working again and the Metering Damper sorted out.
Shop manual doesn't show much about the Metering Damper.

I have attached a diagram of the EVAP system and my metering valve for reference.

    Hope this makes sense.
    Thanks

The nipple on the bottom of the damper is an air vent. It has no hose.

Circling back on this. I have fuel coming out of the metering damper from that bottom vent, under pretty good pressure.. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
