Yes - something similar. Lease expired, in additional to numerous breaches of the lease agreement, and it is being rented out in Southern California. Trackers removed to avoid locating. No reason to not put the full VIN here so anyone dealing with the car knows it had been reported stolen and don't want an innocent person to get arrested when the car gets impounded.
