Maybe someone can help. I get the message below. The pictures are coming from a cd I got when my film was developed at Walgreens. Any suggestions?

Your picture is too big. Resize it to 640x480 (I think).

Donald, if you have "paint" that comes on all microsoft systems, you can resize the files. Right click on the file you want to change, select "Open With" and select "Paint".

When you are in the paint program, press the Ctrl key and "W" (Ctrl+W) at the same time and then change the 100% values to either 75% or 50%. Then go to "File... Save As" and save it as a .jpg file, if it's not already.

PM me if you are still having trouble. :)

Easier than MS paint is also a program that Tillman got me hooked on called "INFRANVIEW"...it's free and you can download it off the web.

All you have to do is open your picture in Infranview, click the toolbar "Image", then "resize/resample". You can then type in the dimension you want it to be.
