Need help with a 95 355 ECU wiring

Over the summer I undertook the job of changing timing belts myself at my cousins garage. Everything went fine Until I put motor back in car and noticed a few wires were chewed and stripped. Turns out his dog i think peed in the house and to punish him put him in the garage and the dog vented out on my wires. Now I have check engine lights galore and slow down lights. Finally got around to kind of restoring the car but would like to fix this problem. Can someone taKe a picture of the passenger side ecu because that is one of the wires that got chewed. Not the main wire going from the ecu but a double wire that I believe comes from the button to reset computer. There is a black wire and a grey with red stripe wire that I'm not sure where it goes. There is also green wire and a black wire and a beige wire. I am attaching a picture of the wires in question. Also I dont have any cats on this car. Is the cat ecu located behind the regular ecu. Any help will be greatly appreciated as I frustrated to death. Im gonna definitely need more help from you guys as there were a few more wires chewed up from this area just going to tackle it one at a time. Bought a complete rear wiring harness but does me no good as the wires chewed are the one hooking up to the wire harness. Thanks again guys and hope picture works. And is checking for codes the same as the 348 by holding button down.
