Need help with buying a GT3 in Massachussetts

I'm looking at 08 GT3 from a non Porsche dealer. Milage is mid 30's Price is good and photos look good. I'm asking for a PPI at Herb Chandler and getting all info on car (multiple owners) I plan on making it my DD but taking it to the track as well. I know its a used car and I am realistic to repairs ( after all I do own a Ferrari as well) but Is there anything else I can do to protect myself from making a bad investment. Any help would be welcome
