need help with my K-40 radar det. 2001 360

My 2001 360 Modena has a built in K-40 radar detector. There is a single knob under the dash with a 2 or 3 position switch built in on the knob as well. Can anyone give me a run-down on what the knob positions mean, and operating the system, etc. Is there an internet link for a manual to operate this thing? I know it is working, because it will "chirp" at me once in a while. There are different chirps as well (slow, fast), so I do not know how to interpret.

If yours says series 2000 on th control box it should, but I cannot say for sure. I'll look more into it and let you know.

 

according to the link, if both lights flash and it gives a continuous high pitch beep at the end of the start-up sequence, it does have a laser diffuser.
