Need help with this 1964 GTO model

    I was going through some stuff and I came on this interesting model of one of the first two of the three GTO 64s made.

    It has a little motor and is powered by 2 AA batteries.

    The steeering is manually adjustable.
    Can anyone tell me anything about it? It is new and the box is near perfect.
    Value?
    The scale is approximately 1/43.
