I have a hotel about 35 minutes from goodwood. Anyone have suggestions?

Then I will most likely go to Monza. maybe a Ferrari Paddock pass? GP Tours has a deal going w/ some factory tours after the race days.

Any leads on closer hotels or other appreciated

My wife and I are Goodwood members, and finding great accomodations is a problem. We tried the Hilton near Chichester year before last and I wouldn't recommend it. Didn't make the Revival last year, and don't have plans yet this year.

Where do you plan too stay now?

For Monza.. to do it right.. stay at Villa D'Este and Chopper in each day... only problem is if they have a lot of Fog in the AM.. then you are about 2 hr car ride away... with Traffic... if you stay in Milan you can take the train from Garibaldi station... right to Monza and take the free shuttle... its not a bad hike to the paddock...but getting out is a pain... especially if Ferrari is doing well!

you may want to look into some b&b's near goodwood, but they may all be full. if you have never been to goodwood, you are in for a treat ! be sure to go in period costume - you will fell much more part of the show.

please take some good pics of the fcars - i tried last year but only had a 2 mp camera without zoom so the pics were kind of worthless.
