I do not believe that is a legitimate Ferrari watch. I think it's a fake. Very many individuals and dealers have been known to modify dials and create fake watches showing Ferrari, Porsche and other marques. I also see that you have only just joined and that this is your first post.

Yes I have just joined and actually joined to try and find out info about the watch. Read through alot of questions and answers and decided to give it a shot. How
would I go about finding out if this watch is fake or real?

Well it's a "real" watch it's just not a Factory Product.

Cartier made a series of Licensed watches (and writing pens and cigarcutters and other things) that did in fact use a Japanese inner movement.
But they were sold in Cartier Stores, with a Special Edition of "Piloti Che Gente", and 1:18 scale BBuragos

    Welcome.

There's an excellent long running thread of various watches that were gifts from the Factory over the years.

To answer your question directly, I do not show that Seiko was ever an official partner of Ferrari, therefore it would be my personal opinion, that is not a real " Ferrari " watch.
