I want to get some cloth covers cleaned, properly, before I reapply them to cars later this year. I asked a friendly local exotic dealer for assistance, but despite many years of loyal support, they didnt care to assist me with my situation.

I do not have a tumble style dryer washer, and I don't want to bother with some nasty laundromat. Has anyone else cleaned their covers, and if so, had it done for less than the cost of new ones? I called Zoots, they are clueless as well regarding car nut concerns like mine

I went to a laundry mat and used one of their super large capacity washers for a whopping $5.25. It worked our very well. I now plan on doing this a few times / year.

My Evolution 4 cover (when I had that) and my new one (can't remember the type) were washed in a standard washing machine using Simple Green Concentrate. They cleaned up nice using the 'delicates' setting.
