Need Mixed Use Warehouse/Space Phoenix area

Long story short, In the process of closing on some land and starting the building process for my shop and house. That's a year process at least, and I'm selling my current house.

Was making some calls on some warehouse space to lease for the fabrication/manufacturing equipment and 4 cars currently taking up my 2 car garage, and still am running into the issue of an apartment to live in for the short term.

A quick search came up with very little for mixed use space, but I was wondering if anyone here has any leads, or roughly 1000 sqft shop space and a studio apartment for lease. Open to ideas. Currently in Tempe but open to anywhere in the area.
