Spot-on! Yes, they are still all V8 mid-engine automobiles. ...and beyond that, they are all still Ferrari's.
Very true. Especially when you look at the early 308 GTB/GTS - and even more so, the carb'd ones! Heck, even most of the interior switches and plates are the same for (like the Borletti plate) similar enough to be found (albeit incorrectly) put in either car.
Gt4 on their own. All 308 on their own 328 ditto. Easier to search. And while I’m at it parts and collectibles should be Parts aaaaand collectibles separate!
FWIW, I've been active in the Mondial Forum ever since joining FerrariChat and, for me, there's no preference either way - with the 308/328, or separate. However, other than the drivetrain (includes most of the fuel injection and ignition) and some suspension parts, there's little in common between the Mondial and the others. In other words, technical requests for information regarding parts, repairs and ownership experiences are often Mondial-specific. To add, for similarities, links to the 308/328 Forum are often provided. On the other hand, the suggestion comes up now and again that maybe the Mondial t is really an upmarket 348 2+2. With that in mind, the 308GT4 is more akin to the Mondial 8 than to the 308 GTS/GTB.
