    I've got a buyer who wants me to put in a pool. Never done that before, but I did sell pools for one summer years ago and I know the prices can vary widely. Yard is small and they want simple, but trying to figure out budget for negotiation purposes on house price.

    WDR.....can you provide any leads since you are in the maint biz?

    I know a guy who owns a pool company here in Houston. It's my friends soon to be father-in-law. He's a custom builder, but I'm not sure if he limits his pools in size. Although the starting price is pretty high.

    He's ranked in the top 5 custom builders in the nation.
