    I'll make a couple of calls to see who could handle this. Not allot of people that familiar with an M1.

    Please keep us updated. If you get it please venture out to Chatham NJ C&C :) I've never seen an M1 in person- the car is awesome!

    the engine in the m1 was the same as a few other bmw engines (E24 BMW M6/M635CSi and E28 BMW M5) so they don't necessarily need to be an m1 expert...

    Correct- a good independant that knows early M5 motors would be the best route to go. Phil- you should post this request in the florida region section of F-Chat- I posted in the region area to find a recomended PPI mechanic when buying my 360 from across the country...
