    Im thinking of going for Dinner in downtown today, What are some good italian resturants downtown besides the one on N.Rush Carmines, The Tavern etc. Im looking for something on the level of Carmines I heard there are some nice resturants on Clark St what are some F-chat favorites. ?

    I dont know if it is still there, I dont eat downtown often anymore. There's REEZAS on ontario just west of orleans, if it still there

    I went down Monroe street only seen 1 resturant,What a walk from oak street to monroe street and back I finally settled on Carmines on N.Rush food was great and evening atmosphere was perfect.

    the pizza at the italian village was great. just like the way they make thin crust in italy. the crust is not super hard but the bottom crust is crispy... i was fairly impressed.
