Any recommendations for a mechanic/shop/dealer who can check the car over and change the fluids in the Twin Cities area (Minneapolis-Saint Paul MN). Some outfit that is truly meticulous??
For major service I imagine I will send the car to Chicago. And, are there some good thoughts about Continental in Chicago? Or others?
I would probably prefer a factory authorized spot.

My car is still under warranty so I drive it to Continental in the summer. Always a fun trip.

I have had Morrie's Luxury Auto swap tires and replace a windshield. They have always treated me very well.

Our scud is taken care of by 2NA, a very contentious person. I always highly recommend him. You can pm him on this site.

I typically work on my own cars & am quite particular about who wrenches on my cars if I have to take it in to someone for work beyond my skill set. I would second Bruce's recommendation for 2NA (Tim). He is exceptionally knowledgeable, meticulous, reasonable and honest. I would not hesitate taking a car in for any kind of service with him.

For what it's worth, we offer a personal transport car pick-up via our very own transport driver (we don't outsource it!). Our transport will literally pick your car up wherever you'd like and once the work is finished will drop it off - as you can guess - wherever you'd like! Contact Gary, Scott or Taylor in our experienced Service Department for further info!

I've used Morries Luxury Imports to service a 2003 Ferrari 360 about seven years ago. I found their work replacing a water pump, idler rollers and the cam belt very acceptable, however, I am not certain the same mechanic is working at their new facility.

I have heard good things about some of the mechanics at Continental Autosports, and I will likely take my 458 there during warranty/maintenance time given it is paid through April 2022 under the 7-year maintenance plan.

If you are under warranty, then you probably need to go to Chicago (sorry about that). Otherwise, local independents come well recommended. Have not used him yet, but plan to work with 2NA for my future needs. Might even try to get him to work on my Astons ;-)
