Hello from Seattle, WA. We're going to establish a local office in Singapore for a startup company in the mobile commerce space. We're going to use Regus Offices; we have a couple of others in USA and Europe, they work well for fully-serviced temporary offices; good meeting spaces, good internet, good rates. I don't know the layout in Singapore, so I need some opinions on a choice between 3 locations:

1 Centennial Tower @ #3 Temasek Ave., or
One Fullerton @ 1 Fullerton Road, or
UOB Plaza 1 Centre @ #80 Raffles Place.

Which has the best airport access, and is close to good restaurants & clubs?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

all 3 locations are very centrally located.

as far as food is concerned, in singapore, you are never more than 5 mins walk from it. don't forget, singapore is a very tiny island. pretty much everything is a "stone's throw".

airport access is about 20-25 mins from either of these locations.

these are all quite prime areas but for office space, i suspect uob plaza 1 would be better than the other two. one fullerton is a little bit non office-ish being smack in the middle of a stretch of low rise fnb outlets, whilst centennial is also in a separate belt of a few hotels, shopping centres but with 6 adjacent office towers. its not exactly smack in the heart of the core central business district tho (its on the fringe of the f1 track and subject to traffic disruptions during f1 week)
