    Can't help on sushi in TX... Nobu in NYC is good... couple local places here in Atl i like too.. but hard to find great sushi.

    Beluga is not alowed to be imported into the USA any more becuase the sturgeon is on the endangered species list. The Russians and Chinese dont really care so they will get the lions share.
    you can find Beluga ( black market like ) but quality and cost is scary.

    you can ( This would be technically illegal to import ) to get it from Petrossian or Fauchon in Paris or London Caviar House - but last time I bought it - it was ... lets say ounce per ounce more expensive than a belt change. ( $275 for 1/4 oz)

    np Tom, hope you guys enjoy! Masami is a much more casual and basic place while Tei Tei is a little more chic. both are very good and high quality but Tei Tei is always really busy at peak hours so keep that in mind. Tei Tei's sister restaurant on Greenville (Teppo) is comparable but I find service is spotty...
