    edit: you'd better not to install the child restraint if it is not necessary for you. I damaged the RH seat's back by that thing, duh!

    what would be my option ? is there a cap? or would i replace the carpet? there are two holes in it for the bolts.

    no cap. but you can buy a cap yourself. Or just leave it there. Its not that bad.
