    I wanna make a cd of various rock/metal songs for when i'm at the gym. I need maybe 10 more songs to put on. Looking for fast paced, heavy, etc.

    Right now its gonna be: Duality and Wait & Bleed (slipknot), Not Falling and Happy (mudvayne), March of the pigs and Wish (NIN), Straight to your face (Hatebreed), and smack my b1tch up (Prodigy)

Oh, and NOTHING by Snow Patrol... i don't mean that Snow Patrol has a song called "Nothing", i mean don't put ANYTHING by Snow Patrol on your workout disc... You'll fall asleep... :)

    hows about some Mc Hammer cant touch this? that song gets anyyoying, but its ok the first few times.

    Linkin Park is crap imo.

    I say anything from The Mars Volta. I've been listening to their song Cassandra Gemini a lot recently, but it's not entirely fast paced and it's a 32 minute song.
