Holy Christ, last winter I only had maybe 2-3 mice in my house, a year later I must have killed a dozen with traps. I also have those high frequency wall plugs all over, but these mice seem to persist. I have nearly tried everything. As I sit here in my basement (3 story house, 6 bedrooms) I can hear crawling above me. Help me out!!!! I am finding droppings everywhere!!!

A ferret is far more effective. Just let it have free reign throughout the house for a day or two & its musk will keep any vermin away for years.

I have rats in my attic that Critter Control cant get rid of by screening & blocking entrances. Is there tiger musk that can be sprayed in the attic? Why not?

Actually, as an update I think I got most of em'. Set up 10 traps, and within 2 hours I had caught 4. Re-set the traps that went off and got another 3 within another few hours. Since then, I have had no more problems. *Crossed-Fingers*

Look for some stuff called Rat-a-way. Once you think you've got all of them that are in the house sprinkle it around the outside of your house in a band about 3 feet wide. They won't cross it to get back in the house.

The thing is mice come in the winter, and when spring approaches they leave. It has happened two years in a row. This summer I plan on finding their entrance spots and laying down some moth balls, from what I read they really work on keeping these dirt-rodents away.

Rat-a-way is a combination of naptha, sulphur and other stuff that last about 3 months per application. I've used it several times and found it very effective. Put a barrier down around your house in late summer/early fall and you shouldn't have any winter guests.

Get mint oil and soak it in cotton balls and lay some of them where you see the droppings...spread them around and leave some along their tracks....you will be surprised with the results

We've had a lot of luck w/ those really really sticky pads you place where you think they are running. We find quite a few at our cabin.

Also make sure to eliminate food sources.
