    From the 1994 road test articles that I have, testing the first 355s in Europe, that's the pre-airbag steering wheel that they have.

    Looks right to me for a pre-airbag ROW (non-US) 355.

    "Rest of World".

    It's more of a Porsche term; means "non-US".
