I need to replace my headliner.
does anyone know if the new material gets glued to the interior roof or is there a headliner "shell" that gets removed and then the material gets glued to the "shell"?

Just get some 3m spray adhesive and glue it in place. Spray it on and stick. Not sure if you're doing both sides or just one with the glue...

Super 90 is the stuff you want. I couldn't get Super 77 to work. Super 90 comes out like snot.

let a specialist do it... it's one those things that is not difficult, done by a "rookie" can make the job look agricultural, result not fitting the marque if things go less than perfect... lots of little bits that only experience make look perfect... by the time you gather everything for the job you have spent what a specialist would have charged.,,

Depends on the material. If it made from some sort of wool or cloth Super 90 is great; if it has a polymer backing or vinyl it has a tendency to break down the glue and fall off soon.
