I have a paid subscription on this site now, but evidently it takes a day or so to kick the additional features my way, as I can't find a way to actually post my ad . Anyway-- I live in the East Bay area of Northern Cal, and have decided to sell my 1985 Mondial. I'm making a career change, and this requires me to purchase a Motor Coach to live in full-time on the road. I've priced the car at a reasonable $28K. I'm willing to take offers on the car, and even though the market is weak now, I really need to move it as it is holding up my purchasing of a Coach that I have found locally. So if any of you are interested, call Michael at 925-286-6185.
Below is the Craigslist posting text. I will post an ad here as soon as I have the capability.

    Best regards.

In overall beautiful condition with 72.5K miles. Records going back to the original sale in Newport Beach. Car has always been in California. A major improvement over the too-small and dated in styling -- factory wheels, I paid $3500.00 for the very high quality HRE 17" modular set of four. This wheel retro-fit makes the car look much more aggressive and modern. Tires are in great condition -- the fronts are new. Interior leather and trim in great shape. The paint quality is excellent, and is likely better than many other Mondial's you would look at. No dings or chips in the bodywork.

Convertible top is in excellent shape-- never really used, as I only drive the car in dry nice weather. I just put a high-flow metal matrix Catalytic convertor, new O2 sensor, cold-start injector, thermo-time switch, and a K&N air filter element on it ---the engine runs great both cold and at operating temp. Has never overheated. Carefully maintained and never abused.

Redline Synthetic in the gearbox, and Mobil 1 in the engine.

The A/C is inop, but I never cared to use it anyway.

This car is very reliable, and has been a pleasure to own. It's just time for me to move on to another vehicle I need for a career change, and so I must let the Mondial go. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer car for the money. However --I am flexible on the price as I MUST SELL this next week.

Call Michael at 925-286-6185 anytime. Serious inquiries only.
