First...I have recently sold my babycar (81,308GTSI) and now that I am without I am missing working on her. While I had the car I stripped and resprayed the leather using leathereuqe (sp). Although I was happy with the results I was not overly impressed with the durability. I am interested in finding a solvent based product that can be used in place of Leathereuqe. Does anyone know of such a product?

Second...I would be willing to help guide someone who is interested (local Dallas would be better) in revitaliing their leather. I have complete understanding of how all the leather is removed (correctly/safely) and reinstalled on 308. Any takers?

I have found that with the time and trouble it takes to restore a couple of seats, that I'm just as pleased, if not more, with having them professionally recovered with new leather, and that new car smell.
