    I know nothing about Ferraris but it sounds like I've come to the right place. I'm interested in identifying the year and model for the Ferrari in this photo. I think it might be a 1962 250 GET 2+2, but please set me straight if I'm wrong. Thank you!

    there never have been a 250 GET 2+2, only a 250 GTE
    so I think misstyping?

    look also at the wheels: steel, chromed, so no borranis

    Looks like one of the first 50 built (1958 - 1959) Series 1 (of 5) with frameless door window surround.

    I have heard a Aston Martin works restoration on a DB4/5 can be up to $500k so yes, totally agree.
