Hi all-so I am inching my way towards a working car, slowly. In the wake of reacquiring my car from the tech who absconded with it, the entire fuel line set/vacuum tank/fuel pump has also shown to be missing. I need the fittings from the fuel lines, and the vacuum tank(fuel pump replaceable of course. Anyone with a lead on those for sale would be amazing-thanks!

Please give year, model, and version. Also, not sure what "vacuum tank" is (guessing that you might mean the Accumulator). Would be better/clearer to post some SPC figures, or photos, labeled with what you need.

Thanks! Apologies: 1978 308 GTS, US spec. The car was disassembled by the initial tech who took the work on, and I received it back in a fully disassembled state. So I am essentially picking up the pieces, and chasing parts per the shop that is currently re-assembling it. I have found the fuel line fittings(they were under a box of old rubber hoses), but am told the car is missing the vacuum tank. Can't be the accumulator, as A)that part is available, and B) the current shop is specifically using the term "vacuum tank". I am assuming it is this part:

Yes, that's probably right (a carbed 308 doesn't have an Accumulator). If you can't get a vacuum tank, the good news is that you can configure it so the airbox flap is just open all the time (the vacuum tank is used to close the airbox flap at engine shutoff and is vented to atmosphere to open the airbox flap when the engine is cranking/running).

I wired my airbox flap open all the time. It failed shut while on the highway with previous owner. It sucked the charcoal out of the charcoal canister and plugged up the carburetors. Luckily, not in the engine cylinders.

Thanks for the help, folks. I got a hold of the fuel fittings, and found a vacuum tank on ebay for a reasonable price. Getting closer to a running and driving car. Here's the powerplant after a complete engine out rebuild w/ trans rebuild.
