    I tried Netflix for about two weeks and canceled them because my very first movie didn't show up back to them. They were on top of it though and it finally showed up later after I canceled them. I canceled them because I just didn't trust the postal service just for that reason mentioned.

    thats just plain stupid!! one or two here and there,noone wil notice, but 1256 is completly obsurd!

    I'd hit her with 1256 seperate charges, and to make sure she gets penaltized I'd do 100 or so per court or so to avoid some pansie liberal judge cutting her some slack on the 1256!

    I wouldn't want to sit in a jury hearing all 1256 charges being read into the record, or see the cost involved paperworkwise.

    All it takes is a technicality (don't forget certiorari) for 1 count or verdict to be dismissed in "the interest of justice."

    Better to not have all eggs in one basket.
