networking/career opportunities website invites for those who might want 'em

A few of my students were discussing the 'joys' of job searching last week -- pain we've all felt. Anyway, one recommended the site www.doostang.com and offered me an invite, which I thought I'd pass along to anyone who might be interested. The site seems tilted toward finance/ibanking/consulting, but there are other listings as well. If nothing else, it's free - so feel free to pm me or drop your email here and I'll forward an invite.
