Good luck with the hunt.... saw your beautiful 348TS on ebay a while back and assumed you had found the spider of yr dreams......
Thanks twice...I have my soldering iron and pin kits all ready for my first trip down broken wire lane.
Well, it was supposed to be delivered tonight. Shipper is running a bit late. Will be here tomorrow afternoon.
Looks very promising LSU... 348 spiders are very rare and expensive here. Hope you will have a good time with her !
Say WHAT? They are that rare? OMG. I had no idea! Now thats' some valuable information. Is that a complete count of how many were made? If so, that number is likely lower. I have never owned a convertible before...might as well do it right the first time I sooooooooooooooo wish it had arrived today.
Not that rare by Ferrari standards, but rare nonetheless. I wish I knew the exact color production breakdown out of the 1090, does anyone know? I was told only 25 yellow Spiders hit the US, that would be very rare!! Hold on to yours Mark!! Stephane Scaledetails
I would love to know the color production #'s. I also heard only 552 or 556 348 spiders came to the US. Does anyone know? Stephane, which yellow spider are you looking for 348, 355, 360, 430. I know you said you wanted a 355 at the Atlanta Grand Prix after being in Peter's 355. Mike, yes only 1,090 were made total 94 & 95 combined
Hi Mark, I have narrowed down my search to a 348 Spider. I thought about the 355, but that means I would need a late 97' to avoid the valve updates, and I think there are too many 355 Spiders out there, that's why the 348 is more desirable to me, so the search is on!! Stephane Scaledetails
Setphane, I know someone that has a yellow spider (other than myself) It has 355 wheels on it, and it's in the atlanta area. or I could sell you mine for the right price. ????????? mine only has 15k on her.
Congratulations! Your new car or a Ferrari 512TR in the same color combo, The two best looking cars ever made in my opinion! You are a very lucky person, enjoy her and take the best care of her!
YOU JUST GAVE ME CHILLS! It does feel good! An elite club if you will. CONGRATS on the Spider! It looks like new! There is nothing like putting that top down and going for a cruise.
I would like to know as well. I have been told that my car might be 1 of 1 in this color. I don't think I am that lucky.
Day 2...learned how to turn the Alpine radio off. Turned it on during the PPI and we never turned it off. Probably the last time it will be on for a while. Nice system too. Was Alpine standard on them or is this an aftermarket radio? A/C works goooood. Was actually warm enough to test it...I actually got cold. I hate my driveway...if I angle it wrong the nose says hello to the concrete. That shall be fixed (the driveway).
