Folks - I tend to read/learn/study up here in the 355 section since a late-year, 355 6sp Berlinetta is on my wish list. I usually stay lower down on the board in the 458/F12/FF/race car sections. I will post pics and the full story within the next week, but just picked up a "brand new" 1999 355 Berlinetta 6 speed. 4,600 miles. One owner. All tools, paperwork, books, cover, etc. Was sold to me by same salesman who sold it new, and has been maintained annually at the dealer (including several engine out majors), all updates done, exhaust...etc. Interior/leather perfect. Pozzi over Bordeaux/Blu Scuro. Challenge grill, red calipers, no shields. My friend the Ferrari Master Tech says it's perfect and among the best he's seen. We're very excited. They also took in this owners similarly perfect 348 Spider. I've seen this car, it's astonishingly perfect. I don't think the top was ever down other than for the ad pics, and same mechanical condition. If someone is interested in a "time capsule" 348 Spider, this may be it. Entropy, I hope the Berlinetta is staying on the left coast, and that I'll get a chance to see it sometime. Also, I hope you'll have the time to use it more than the previous owner.
