Do you HAVE to be in the Ferrari Club if you own 4 Ferraris? The latest addition! Looks the goods too!
The yellow QLD registered 348, seen that picture before. More interested in the Testarossa or (TR 512 ?) M
When are you joining ? AND you missed a good rally in Queensland. No excuse for that - the rally was nearly in you backyard ! M
Lol!! I should have joined years ago! I dont know mate, I got the form here to fill out, just havent got around to it yet. Dont remind me, I should have made that one! You must have my 348 confused with PP's 355?
Ok, since you both dont believe me! Re vlaka!! I have dual street access. Drive way from the front and a garage in the back. Pappy wants to build his 6 car garage, sooner rather than later. Next year sounds like a plan. Ella re cheeky allogo, ella!!
Now i've never met this guy, but i bought a BMW from canberra that was serviced regularly in his workshop. I don't know what they were instructed to do, or who did the work there, but some of the stuff that i had repaired on my car as a result of stuff they either missed or did improperly wouldn't earn any sort of reccomendation from me. These include problems such as After market air filter being installed too close to the engine without appropriate heat shielding. I had some shielding fabricated so the filter could serve its purpose. Throttle body hoses were disconnected, as were the heater hoses. Oil cooling junction sprung a leak, in spite of the fact a repair to this system was itemised in costello service records a mere 3000km earlier. Admittedly it might be a bit speculative to put all this on the workshop of a guy I've never met or spoken to, but i feel that the state the car was in speaks for itself. Just be warned if you take a car down to him.
Interesting, AC does all the work on my neighbors 740 and X5 and he speaks very highly of him (as do some people in the trade). He specializes in BMW's, so you'd never take a Ferrari 360 there for anything more than an oil change. M
Yeah, i never enquired with him about it, so its hard to say what went on there with only one side of the story
actually im not sure if he still works for ray gulson but clive the porsche mechanic was the top mechanic for scuderia veloce he knows ferrari's pretty well who else can work on the 360 spider in canberra. come on ACT boys. i cant think of anyone else.
well brother im on the gold coast now but chris hedges and a costello used to look after my cars. then they got to busy and picked their customers so then i took my cars to rudolf in sydney. two of my cousins in canb own 360 spiders. i am pretty sure they go to sydney as well to get serviced. wat do u own michael
Cars : It's in my profile. All the 355's, 360's 430's and 599's that I know in Canberra go to Sydney for anything more than oil changes or wheel aligments, because the locals don't have the experience, manuals or diagnostic tools to work on these cars. M
