Tim, the price of the standard book looks to be £99 + shipping. The books will be sent from the UK, which is still in Europe (at the moment) so there will be no VAT if bought direct. I will be taking payment via Paypal. However, I am looking for good bookshops to distribute the books, so if you have any suggestions just let me know. Thanks Nathan
