From the Paris Rallye pictures...is this a paint to sample color or a regular color choice from Ferrari on this 599? What is the name of this paint color?
Amazing variety of other cars at this Paris event to!

Hard to tell from a picture.

    Maybe Grigio Ferro?

The color on this 599 appears darker than Grigio Ferro and also darker than Grigio Scuro. Darker than Grigio Medio to. The color is not as dark as Grigio Silverstone though.

    Isn't Grigio Alloy a silver-ish color a with a hint of blue?

Have you seen this car in person, or solely in that picture?

Judging from that photo, it could be Grigio Ferro IMO. Take a look at M's Grigio Ferro 599 in this thread for comparison--> http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=248361&page=10

In any case, this is mostly a guessing game as it's very hard to recognize colors through photos as the lighting can clearly change one's perception of a given color.

Grigio Alloy is light silver with a hint of blue, similar to Azzuro California. Grigio Ferro is the first color that comes to mind when I see this car. M-individual might be able to tell what color it is.

I have a 330GTC in Grigio Ferro and under cloudy skies the colour looks exactly the same as your photo

Thanks for the info George! It seems Carlo had the right idea...
Here are two more views of Grigio Ferro. The first shows a dark tone and the second shows a much lighter color in the sun.

It's definitely not Canna di Fucile or Grigio Silverstone.

The paint from the side almost has a chrome or molten metal look to it. Jean Todt had something similar on the roof part of his 599. Perhaps this is a OTO order 599.
This 599 doesn't seem to have the deep shade that Silverstone shows as typically.

Hard to tell from the picture but judging by the light "hint" of bronze in it, it could very well be that this is Grigio Ferro Met.

Let me tell you, this colour changes constantly with the intensity of light. Every time I look at mine I see different shades in it. When I was at the Atelier they told me this colour pics up surrounding colours and I tend to agree with it looking at my car.

Thanks for the info about Grigio Ferro. The light really does change the 'look' of this color as shown in the examples of Grigio Ferro pictured here.
