My brother just took delivery of his newest toy for the stable, a 1970 Dodge Challanger T/A. The car went through a complete resto in 2000, however much of the car is original. After driving Euro cars for so long we both fell it is a slob, with similar driving style as my old Crown Vic Police Interceptor. You still can't beat american muscle.

It is now sharing the garage with my brother's BMW M3 E30 race car, and soon my TR and my Father's F430. Should make some nice pictures in the summer.

Just came off the truck yesterday, so we did not get to drive it too much yet. Still has the original tires, so we need to replace before any real driving.

Great purchase, the Mopars are such great investments at the moment. Did he by the car unseen from California?

Looks like a cool ride Adam. Love the combination of American muscle, European power, and Asian ride. You guys have got the globe covered!

Thanks for the pics of that beautiful M3, but there is some green car blocking most of the views.

He bought it from a guy in Orlando. I think the guy never registered it after he purchased from Kalifornia. My brother was out at BJ in Arizona and saw the prices through the roof. This car has full documentation, including the 1/18th scale of the exact car. He would like to pick up an Olds 442 Conv for the summer.

I thought 1971 was the first year the 2x4 Parking brake was offered?? That car may not be as original as you thought........

Also, the 442 has been a childhood dream of mine. I flip through hemming's every month just to see were the prices stand. To find a real clean 70 442 w30 convertible you are talking 355 money. To be honest, hemmings has been a little short in recent months on real 442 w30 converts. A lot of hardtops though. There are a ton of clones out there that are getting way to much money on ebay. I've seen some really nice restored clone converts in the $30K range. The 442 I want is out of my range at the moment so I've put the 1966 Mercury Cyclone GT convert on my list. 66 was the pace car with the 390/335 (355) H.P. motor. It isn't the prettiest muscle car but it moves...
